JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support ERP implementation within the company
  • Develop and document ERP business process models
  • Develop and implement End user support process and systems
  • Identify business processes that could be streamlined with ERP solutions
  • Facilitate decision on functional training content methodology and procedures
  • Responsible for exceeding sales goals and maintaining the health of pipeline
  • Provides management an accurate view of future revenue
  • Train, support, audit and provide feedback to implementers to ensure implementation standards
  • Stays up-to-date on technology and other trends in the customer’s vertical industry
  • Works with Marketing to ensure right pipeline and with Services to ensure sufficient capacity is available
  • Promote and sell
  • Broaden the customer base and achieve revenue goals
  • Touch base with the customer form time-to-time and build relationship with hem
  • Establish relationships/partnerships (Business-to-Business)
  • Perform other IT duties as assigned

  • Solid understanding of solution selling and business processes
  • Identification and articulation of value of solution
  • Process and detail oriented
  • Master in sales-cycle management, pipeline management and forecasting
  • Fundamental understanding of competitive differentiation
  • Familiar with Open source standards, open stack, cloud solutions
  • Ability to sell an IT strategy and roadmap

Soft skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with emphasis on listening and on preparing proposals
  • Confident and energetic personal and phone presence
  • Running effective executive meetings
  • Understanding of business-decision makers thinking and ability to show empathy
  • Ability to adapt to changing scenarios

  • Must be willing to start immediately

Qualifications

  • IT-ERP Sales experience is an advantage
  • Graduate of any 4 year business course or IT related course
  • Exposure in accounts management from Manufacturing and Retail industries would be an advantage
  • At least with 2 years’ experience
  • Interest in online media, online marketing tactics, online marketing tools
  • Superior communication and writing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Proactive work ethics
  • Must be PASSIONATE, DRIVEN, ENERGETIC, INNOVATIVE and RESULTS-ORIENTED
  • Must be ENTREPRENEURIAL and a SELF-STARTER
