Job Description

  • Participate in User Interface content building
  • Assist in Mapping or outline a websites structural content
  • Develop, design, and manage communications layout of digital media marketing programs
  • Coordinate with product team to create new traffic generation opportunities
  • Monitors CPC, SEM, PPC and other internet analytics
  • Analyze and track the effectiveness of campaign performance and identify the area of improvement from both creative and online media investment perspective
  • Ongoing management and implementation of digital marketing plans and roadmaps to support lead acquisition and brand awareness objectives across the business
  • Plan and execute digital programs and campaigns which include but not limited to social media paid search, interactive digital experiences, etc.
  • Manage social communities including social calendar planning, content strategy and production, and social media agency management
  • Maintain a pulse on the changing consumer insights, social media landscape, digital technology trends, and upcoming digital marketing opportunities
  • Assist in Design and create mock-ups, flash banners, user interface for websites newsletters, and AVPs
  • Upload and perform content maintenance updates to existing websites and system for clients.
  • Applies web usability best practices, website navigation design and flow, content classification and content management methods and systems.
  • Identify new opportunities/pilot programs for expanding digital marketing activities beyond the tactics utilized today



  • Proven track record of increasing sales volumes via SEM and SEO
  • At least 1 year experience in performance marketing
  • Demonstrated Digital Content Marketing experience across a wide array of digital channels
  • Familiar with social listening and social community management
  • Ability to work under collaborative culture
  • Strong integrity and Ethics
  • Good presentation skills and use of PPT, slideshare, and Prezi
  • Previous experience in an ecommerce environment or a digital marketing agency is a strong plus
  • Extensive internet audience acquisition, conversion and monetization experience
  • Hands-on doer, Attention to details, Entrepreneurial, ability to work under pressure
  • Strong English acumen and strong communication skills
  • Have fun mentality
  • Familiar with responsive site design implementations
  • Knowledge of best practice for great User Experience and SEO
  • Assist in creating artworks such as logo, icons, banners, web page, website, promotional e-mail, social media image covers etc.
  • Able to work on a given timeline
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or Equivalent.
