Business Process Analyst

Overview of the Job:

This position manages the company’s product documentation process and manual. He/she must be able to specify the functional requirements for the project. These requirements specifications might also be referred to as software requirements, technical requirements, or system requirements. Functional requirements identify what the system does – how it functions – and typically are written at the level of what a given “user” can get the system to do. Functional Requirements can be captured in a Business Requirement Document (BRD) and may also include the non-functional requirements. In an agile environment, functional requirements are captured in user stories.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepares and analyze the company’s product document manual and its processes
  • Gather client’s pertinent data for business requirement review
  • Performs data mapping with the ERP and client’s data
  • Conducts Business Process reviews for clients/owners/document representatives and conduct quality document audits with the project manager/s
  • Participate in project implementations

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Preferably Accounting background, Business Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  2. Preferably have handled implementation in any of ERP such as MS NAV, AX, and other related ERP systems
  3. Knowledgeable in financial systems or application processes
  4. Background with Lean Six Sigma, is an advantage
  5. Must be PASSIONATE, DRIVEN, ENERGETIC, INNOVATIVE and RESULTS-ORIENTED
  6. Familiar with IT methodologies and workflows
  7. Proficient in business process and system analysis
  8. Familiar with GAP analysis and Option Analysis
  9. At least 2-3 years of related working experience in business process and documentation
  10. Candidate must be willing to travel domestic and international when needed
  11. Highly Analytical, Detail-Oriented, Innovative, Hardworking, and Determined
  12. Proactive work ethics
  13. Must be ENTREPRENEURIAL and a SELF-STARTER
