To start your email campaign marketing, there are dozens if not hundreds of ways to deploy your email advertisements/newsletter.
Here’s what I got from our years of experience; I hope you’ll find it useful and relevant
1. Prepare your segmented mailing list ( i.e. per country, per industry, groups etc)
2. Send a PLAIN TEXT of Invitation to subscribe (see a sample Invitation to subscribe template in your account)

WHY invite?
a.Most often companies got their email list from calling cards, bought leads, registered through events, email inquiries and word of mouth referral but the bottom line is when these recipients gets your first email it will be tagged as spam! coz they dont know who you are nor they have subscribed/authorize you to send them an email. Whether you like it or not, this has now become a minimum standard policy by google, yahoo , msn, mail etc.
b. Your list are still unidentified by CAN (anti spam organization) normally you email address becomes clean when you got them clean as well such as through the following:
b.1. OPT-IN method (this is a section in your websites that do the CALL TO ACTION trigger so that people will just subscribe into.)
What do we get from opt-in method anyway?
When viewers signs in, the system gets a unique IP/tracking ID of their email address that they’re the ones who wanted your information in the first place.
This data can be migrated and use in any future email campaign softwares
b. 2. BLOG subscription, is another web optimization technique where in you get commentators email addresses and use them back for you to send your own comments or even your email promos at least you got them signed up first.
b. 3 direct Invitation. This method is the most tedious and rediculous way of attracting potential subscribers! BUT the most direct and guaranteed way of receiving your email thereafter. Direct invitation should not have any sales or any promotional contents and any images embbeded JUST the basic invitation profile and a link TO SUBSCRIBE OR UNSUBSCRIBE besides if a recipient doesnt really want your email and insist of sending him emails you will certainly be tagged as a SPAMMER and might cost you your whole list of account being suspended.

3. Search Engine marketing / blogging. So far your sites are doing good being seen in the first page of google results. However, it will be more utilize if you can instruct your web agency to incorporate practical web tools such as guest book, testimonial, facebook connect, opt-in form or news letter form, and RSS at least
In this way you would be able to further synchronize your resources in an IT perspective approach.
